Kilmeade filling in for Tucker Carlson tonight said Nadler on CNN just a few minutes ago said he is bringing formal impeachment proceedings against Trump. Kilmeade qualified that with Pelosi having to sign off on it.

Seriously, Nadler's been trying every lawyer gimmick he can think of for going on two years now and all he's got is a pile of notes from Judges that start out "Are-You-Sh**in'-Me" (or scholarly words to that effect), it's practically written in stone that his very own SpeakerNan won't touch the I word with a ten-kilometer pole, the thing is DOA in the Senate and the only people taking a Trump Impeachment as anything but a voyage-around-the-world-on-a-unicorn-pooping-skittles are either CNN/MSNBC staffers or too dumb to be left alone with even the round-nosed scissors.
(I guess we can discuss the difference between those groups during another slide)
Only thing Nadler's really doing is getting himself another crawl on CNN and I'm not real sure that they'll even keep it up on the screen that long.
