“kid porn” was always against the Chan rules and would get an entire board deleted for having it so no, the autists/chans didn’t post it. Sometimes they had trolls who posted it in an effort to a) troll and b) get the entire board pulled for breaking terms of service. That’s why they insist you read the rules before posting, wherein you are told that kiddie porn etc. is not permitted, will be deleted, is grounds for deletion of a board.
Then Q began posting there and kiddie porn and antisemitic shills “flooded the zone” and normies were told not to bother looking into that “Q” thing because 8ch is “just kiddie porn and anti-Semite” stuff.
When something big is about to drop, the kiddie porn/anti-Semite shilling overflows the aisle - it’s pretty miserable. In the meantime, autists who devote much of their waking lives to helping Q spread the word about child trafficking in order to save the kids are themselves accused of kiddie porn. The Deep State is like that, whatever they do, they accuse YOU of doing.
The trolling effort pays off in that it keeps people from 8ch and gives autists/8ch a rep they/it doesn’t deserve. The board deletes the kiddie porn ASAP but can’t prevent it from being posted initially.
So, I’ve never seen kiddie porn there but I don’t go when it’s heating up and the DS is in panic mode. Others have gone when the kitchen is “hot” and have told me, “Don’t bother. Not now! There’s a flood of kiddie porn trolling. SICK!” Ugh

if you looked at the page that 8chan was hosted on you would see links to Anime porn, cartoons, some of which had children in it. Japanese cartoon books are like that. sad.
So it certainly gave mixed signals when Q is definitely against porn. Then again on the anonymous postings people would post stuff like that occasionaly along with all sorts of other crappy stuff to attack the board, thus trying to make it look like white supremacist, but then again there are some folks who actually hold those beliefs there.
So ya, it is a mixed signal, no filters, that’s what you get. That is why here is better, no porn, no racist crap.

Results in Brief
The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) concluded that
LIFT3 engaged in fraudulent and suspicious activities
using grant funds. Specifically, we found that LIFT3’s
Executive Director and family (mother, three sisters,
nephew, son, and niece) filled key management and
financial positions and other roles in the organization.
The LIFT3 Executive Director and family used LIFT3’s
funding to pay for personal items such as handbags,
gasoline, groceries, clothing, and trips to Las Vegas,
Nevada. Further, LIFT3 consistently transferred funds to
other family-owned businesses and to family member
bank accounts. We also found that LIFT3 had an
unusual number of cash transactions totaling $255,998
and limited documentation for the use of this cash.
The OIG Audit Division referred these findings to the
OIG Investigations Division, at which time this audit
was placed on hold. As a result of the OIG’s audit and
investigation, the Executive Director pled guilty to theft
of public funds and falsifying records in a federal
investigation. On April 11, 2019, the Executive Director
was sentenced to 6 months in prison and ordered to
pay $71,423 in restitution. OVW has deobligated the
remaining $237,135 in funds not drawn down, and
LIFT3 and its Executive Director presently are
suspended from contracting with or receiving grants
from the Federal Government, and as of July 2019 are
proposed for debarment. Because of the court action,
as well as LIFT3’s suspension and proposed debarment,
and its cessation of operations, this report is issued
closed
