I have been confused about that from the start. Who really had custody and what kind of protocols did they have in place to deal with high profile perps.

This whole thing reeks of incompetence on every level. I am fairly certain that the white hats didn't want him dead so that leaves a whole host of people that had to have him eliminated to save their own butts. I started out thinking it wasn't really him and have come around to 90% sure he is in fact worm food.

I doubt we ever find out the real circumstances of his untimely demise.

IMHO, being that it’s a city jail, it’s not fed jurisdiction & not connected with the DoJ
