Minor point, but that "NoDakers" is usually done as NoDaks and then mainly when addressed (in fun) by their neighbors in Montana. (Check somebody from North Dakota for the latest slang they've got for us)
Finally, if SDNY got sent to North Dakota I would almost guarantee that 99% wouldn't last through their first winter.
Having neighbors who actually look out for each other and have a healthy sense of humor is essential to life up here. "Others" do better changing careers and moving back to the Flatlands along with their attitude.
