They were doing cpr. One guy standing to the side doing compressions, one guy ventilating with a bag. Maybe for show maybe to cover his face so you couldn’t tell it was an imposter.
Several movies have had this theme where the criminal takes a med to slow everything down as in death, but recovers later.
I’m sure those on twitland have seen the side by side of his ears compared with the ‘dead’ guy’s ears.
One theory is that this guy was a Mossad agent (duh) and Mossad arranged a ‘deal’ by not releasing information on the half of our government that’s probably brownstoned. Which would cause riots/revolution. In return, ‘we’ gave him up to his buddies. Death being staged...
