It’s not that. “H” is the 8th letter of the alphabet, so just like bikers use “13” as code for the 13th letter, “M”, to stand for “Marijuana”, neo-nazis use “88” as code for “HH”, or “Heil Hitler”.
None of them use the date “8/8” to mean anything though, this jagoff is just pulling that out of his behind.
