:::::The suit from Peter Strzok also alleges he was unfairly punished for expressing his political opinions, and that the Justice Department violated his privacy when it shared hundreds of his text messages with reporters.:::::

Hey Goofy! You were using a phone that WE PAID FOR while WE WERE PAYING YOU!

In my state, a village councilman lost a FOIA suit when he was texting while at the dais during a board meeting. A slick reporter filed a FOIA request - and after an acrimonious lawsuit, WON and the councilman's PERSONAL text messages during a board meeting were exposed.

Doncha just wanna smack the smirk off his face?

Lends even less credence to yesterday's article from True Pundit about Strzok. Stroke doesn't sound very cooperative, does he? Discovery should be interesting!

Link to a Hill article:

Unbelievable.

Peter Strzok, key figure in Russia probe, sues FBI, DOJ over firing https://t.co/Cc0xS9Dh1I— Lisa Mei Crowley (@LisaMei62) August 6, 2019

Peter Strzok, key figure in Russia probe, sues FBI, DOJ over firing Peter Strzok, the former FBI agent who came under fire for sending disparaging text messages about President Trump and other political figures during the 2016 presidential race, is suing his former employer over his firing, claiming the decision was a result of "unrelenting pressure" from Trump.

In a lawsuit filed on Tuesday against the FBI and Justice Department, Strzok's counsel argued that his firing was politically motivated and in violation of two constitutional amendments.

In particular, they argued that he was fired for using his protected political speech under the First Amendment and that the FBI also “deprived” him of his due process under the Fifth Amendment by denying him the right to appeal the decision.[snip]
