Probably by now someone has said it was ACLJ not JW. Started by Pat Robertson and Jay Seculow (who is now a WH counsel). This piece is by Jay's brother (Jordan?) ACLJ's Jay Seculow has had numerous victories before SCOTUS, which makes him a good WH counsel.
