All I know is, whatever we think the rule is, some moderator will see it differently. Not a big deal, just the way it is.
As for the string “8chan,” it’s ludicrous and pointless to ban based on that. That is the non-URL term commonly used in hundreds of news reports.

All I gotta say is the mods must be really bored or the have such a hard on about the FORBIDDEN channel that the can’t help but lock threads and delete posts that have links that go nowhere.
