Bypassing Steven W wasn’t my intention! You said something like his post being the only source, and I (and looking back see I am not the only one) thought it would be good to post the original source for this and future remarks by President Trump.

Whitehouse.gov is an excellent source for remarks, statements, executive orders, proclamations, etc. I usually link the written transcript to a video post so one can read what was said as well as listen.
