“foreign aid” is a primary means of corruption.
Congress passes it and sends it overseas...where a chunk of it gets recycled back into the pockets of the congresscritters that pass it.
meanwhile-the overseas recipients get pissed off and start to interfere here at home with the President that’s trying to cut it all off on behalf of the Americans that elected him.
a dangerous game
Just hit me, that’s why they go on those junkets, to get paid for their votes on the foreign aid.
