I do 18-6 or OMAD, I find if I’m feeling hungry, if I just drink some water it generally goes away.
I read salt water. The (doctor) claimed that on a low calorie diet and/or fasting, the kidneys shed a lot of water, the adipocytes formerly held more water when on a high glucose diet. So some electrolytes are good. I dose water with LiteSalt, a 50/50 combination of sodium and potassium. Just a little bit, not enough to taste unless I’m mowing the lawn or something and sweating.
Averaging (about) 2.5 pounds per week. I don’t know if that’s excessive but I don’t like it if I don’t see the scale decrease a little bit every day.
