How long have you been on the Keto diet.
3 months now, lost about 20 pounds, and all my blood work is great, and the blood pressure has gone down back to normal from pre-hypertensive.
Best of all, I can eat when I want, not when I have to, where the only options available are junk.
My wife has been on the Keto diet. Lost SO much weight. It was her idea. I don’t fat-shame people.
