Could mean a lot or a little at this time.
Might be grabbing anybody apparently matching a description or acting “suspiciously”.
The only description I have heard is the subject had an AR-15 rifle and was wearing a black “combat” helmet.
Why don’t they have a better description? No height, weight, sex, race, clothing?

Scene is still Active. We have multi reports of multiple shooters. Please avoid area police conducting search of a very large area. Media staging will be given when area is secure.
We sure do have a lot of these events in Texas.
