So I looked up the countries with no extradition treaty with the USA. Lots of places these folks can skip to within a short yacht trip / one-leg flight, such as Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Morocco. There’s likely a few more that a private jet can get to on one hop.
What better cover for guilty elites than to have some kind of meeting at a location very close to escape routes?
