I saw that tweet. Did Q say C before D? Or is that a decoder? It is certainly possible, and big predictions seem to be for this week or very soon. We have been quite patient - some of us.

I have to say that I was skeptical of Coats from the starting gate. I am pleased with Ratcliff; hope he does well.
