I'm in NYC, so when I see or hear the word "Stringer" I first think of Scott Stringer the former Manhattan Borough President and now Comptroller of the City of New York.

Perhaps NYC's about to get the same treatment as Bal'mer. Think Madame De Blasio's (Chirlane McCray) and the missing $850 million.

Stringer is a really connected guy--see his bio by clicking his name above. He was even once a legislative aid to none other than Jerry Nadler. I think it's funny that he's a cousin of Bella Abzug* (loud-mouth feminist of ridiculous hat fame) and got his political start from Percy Sutton.

I could be wrong. I probably am. In preparation for a mayoral run in 2021 he outlined 10 key concerns to a fiscally conservative group---believe it or not, they exist in NYC.
