Soloman on Hannity just said no prosecution for Jim Comey per AG.
Not what I heard, I heard solomon say he would be a careful journalist and disagree with the suggestion that Comey would not be prosecuted
Mainly because the evidence was not in yet including the Barr & IG reports and declassified documents
If for some reason there isn’t prosecution for Comey at this time, I’d say it means he’s flipped and cooperating. But even then I’d think he wasn’t going to be free of other prosecution - the guy has done SO MUCH.
But as BiggBob says, there’s disagreement as to whether Comey is or is not on the prosecution griddle at the moment.
Just because there is no prosecution for leaking doesn’t mean there isn’t something else they have on him. No deals remember?
