This short clip says it all. The youtube title is incorrect. This was at the funeral for Vince Foster, not Ron Brown. Notice the derpy guy walking with BillyJeff as he continues to yuk it up while the prez goes into his act. Classic!

I’m going by memory here but I think it is Tony Campolo, whom I have met and listened to some of his talks at a youth conference about 30 yrs ago (pre-Clinton era).

Ha! It was Tony Campolo! So my memory was good. Fun Fact: I called Rush Limbaugh’s show around that time and spoke with Snerdley but he said Rush didn’t do conspiracy theories...
