They could hide the kids in plain sight on a boat full of kids. Guests wouldn’t know who the kids are with and wouldn’t miss them if they didn’t get back on the ship. Just my thoughts

Also odd, when you looked at the advertisement, the snorkeling was ages 8 and up. That seems young to let someone go snorkeling in the ocean without specifying something like "when accompanied by an adult."

My kids at almost any age didn’t go much of anywhere without an adult.
