Have come across bits about China Lake elsewhere on net.
1000s of kids in cages (perhaps over 3,000), electrified, for programming by DS.
Based on Nazi programming, studied at concentration camps. See Operation Paperclip. They had it down to weight-based, to how much a victim could tolerate. If the kid curled up in fetal position, would accept death. Otherwise splinter personalities, per MK-Ultra methods.
Have come across tactical nukes used there (not natural earthquakes).
Also, large entry to base off coast under water, and symbols (including star in circle) on top of China Lake site.

New bit from your post vid is that they rescued the kids. And went in a second day to finish the job after evaluating first detonation.
