Flynn news is out today. Flynn’sLegal defense team was denied exculpatory evidence by the DOJ. Excuse given that the Mueller team was not given said info.

Could you explain that a bit more (For Dummies)? His present legal defense, or the ones that just got fired? And I don’t know what exculpatory evidence means; evidence that shows Flynn was innocent?
If the Mueller team was not given that evidence, why not and whose fault was it?
I posted the article link on an earlier thread. Basically, the Department of Justice did not turn over escopitory evidence to the Mueller team. Almost as if they were trying to deny the defense access to the escopitory evidence. Looks like they were Ramen it down his throat and trying to deny him due process.
