There is a lot of excitement and anticipation about something possibly happening tomorrow and I’m going back to the Horowitz IG report. However, I’ve always considered arrests could either precede or follow such and DECLAS would likely come with the IG report or after ... but it does seem that the stage is set and everything aligned for a Friday afternoon surprise after markets close.
