I like the yellow and red plumerias, very fragrant and also sturdy. Not common, I used to go to graveyards and get plumerias, not often had growing in where I lived.

We used to call these Samoan plumerias, very very sweet fragrance but more delicate, not usually made into leis as they don't hold up. Home made leis, definitely, but not in the lei shops.
