I think all major cities have their poor rundown sections but in major dim run cities they are more a blight and big sections need to be torn down.

Democrats run for office on the promise they will improve things for the poor in the ghettos.

They get elected on the promise but they never fix anything.

If they did they wouldn't have it as an election issue.

The scam works for them year after year so why change tactics?

But you have to wonder about the stupidity of the 90% in the ghetto who automatically vote democrat.

You might think that after 4 or 5 generations stuck in the projects on the democrat plantations they would catch on to the scam...

But as long as they get their welfare check, subsidized housing, food stamps, free health care and who knows what else, they are more than happy to vote dim.

They don’t want to work anyway.
