They are going through the 3 elements of obstruction of justice, they have them checked off. Mueller has said twice he doesn’t subscribe to their conclusions, but that will be left out of the video clips.
Now Leiu says they will prove Trump guilty of witness tampering with Manafort and Cohen, so Trump is guilty of 3 crimes.
