100% agree. The ship might be owned by Brits, but it is flagged under another country (Liberia?). Let that country get it back.

I just did a quick internet search for British Ship Iran and got the CNN page. Yikes! It had several articles, one of which, in its lead paragraph, said "British-flagged" and in the other said "Liberian-flagged." I guess they just want to cover all their bases. Fake News CNN

I wonder if our Trump-hating media even knows about the D-Day flag presented to President Trump by Mark Rutte, prime minister of the Netherlands who was in the Oval Office for talks with PDJT. IF they even know about it, they surely do not want any Americans to learn about it ... or about the many meetings with Heads of State and leaders of many groups that come to the Oval Office. They want Americans to think that all PDJT does is watch TV and tweet.

The flag had been purchased at auction by a retired Dutch businessman for $514,000 with the intent to donating it to the USA. He was actually returning it as it entered Europe on a ship on D-Day. It’s a great human interest story, with everything that the media claims it wants for publication, including video.

Iranian media reports Iran's Revolutionary Guard has not captured the Liberian-flagged ship Mesdar in the Gulf and it was "allowed to continue its course after being warned about safety issues"

After being released Mesdar is still in Iranian waters as it sails to its destination of Ras Tanura Saudi Arabia

Norbulk Shipping say the ship's crew are "safe and well" and can continue their voyage after the vessel was boarded by armed guards. Via @SkyNewsBreak
