1. Mueller seems confused about the contents of his own report.
2. Every question that reveals him as a fraud & makes him look bad is "outside his purview".

Steve Chabot’s questioning was very important. Mueller couldn’t even answer basic questions about the origin of the collusion conspiracy—about Fusion GPS, who is Glenn Simpson, etc. He was uninformed about the information.

The FBI did 302 summaries on witnesses, and no background checks, which are a requirement.
