On a somewhat related note- I don’t agree with the “it is such an honor to be invited to the White House” thing.
I mean, it sort of depends on who is doing the inviting.
IF I had been invited to the 0bammy White House I just can’t see WHY I would go.

I take a different view of this. As much as I despised Obama, I still respected the office of the President. If The President invited me to the White House, regardless of who it is, I would go because I am being invited by the citizens of this country, and that’s who our President represents.
