Andrew McCarthy was just now on FOX discussing this Double Jeopardy defense that can narrow the case to be made against Epstein. However, I can’t imagine Epstein will ever be “ safe to walk the streets again “ and stay alive, after the Court closes this case.
I wonder if they did find child porn, during the recent raids on Epstein's home, if that will affect the prosecution agreement going forward. That would be nice if it did void the previous agreement and everything is back on the table.

Probably the “Double Jeopardy” consideration is real or Andrew McCarthy would have dismissed it.
The “DJ” tactic may be about all Epstein has, so of course his legal team will try to massage it.
And as night follows day, the Media Complex will endorse it and gaslight the public with it.
Then, he gets convicted.
