So, my decode attempt:

Sessions is B1 Stealth Bomber.
B2 is William (Bill) Barr.

William Barr has power over declass and its timing.

continuing with the coup in his appearance before congress and hanging himself.

Certainly seems plausible. Bill Barr is holding all the cards. Mueller as a stealth bomber might be disinformation, but then again we'll see.
