NOLA already flooding. Its going to get worse.
Just a small slide—that storm is one our weatherguy affectionately calls “the Zombie Storm” because it smacked Kansas City good on the 4th of July, slid down to the south and east and is re-forming as TS Barry. As of last night, he predicted that it will then travel north, straight up the Mississippi Valley from New Orleans, and smack St. Louis.
