2nd Circuit Court Ruling (PDF)
From my reading the Summary Judgement in the case was ordered unsealed immediately, and the rest of the material from the case was ordered unsealed after review by the District Court (which is, of course, the infamous Southern District of New York). Robert Sweet, was the original judge ordering keeping all this stuff sealed, I guess he'll get another wack at it now.
"remand the cause to the District Court for particularized review of the remaining sealed materials."
Wish FR had an ignore button!
Court Orders Sunlight on Huge Tranche of Jeffrey Epstein Files
Another judge will take over the role of carefully unsealing the remainder of the files for Sweet, who died in March at the age of 96.So, we don't have anything yet. But the Circuit Court ruling was enough to create panic. I guess the cover story is that law enforcement has been investigating Epstein in New York for months, and his arrest four days after the court order is a coincidence.
I'm skeptical. The timing suggests it was a response.
We know I posted it last week days before the new Epstein info dropped, try and keep up mmmkay

Court to unseal up to 2,000 pages of Jeffrey Epstein-related documents

A New York federal appeals court has ordered the unsealing of a cache of judicial documents that are expected to show evidence relating to whether New York financier Jeffrey Epstein and his partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, were recruiting underage girls and young women as part of an international sex trafficking operation.
The decision Wednesday comes two days after the Miami Herald submitted a letter urging the court to issue a ruling in the wake of an earlier Justice Department decision. Last week, federal prosecutors announced that they would not throw out Epsteins controversial 2008 non-prosecution agreement.
