Unfortunately for all concerned the war is already over ... the “aliens” having detected our existence, making us a competitor and therefore a threat, launched an ultra dense neutron star stuff mass of approximately one kilometer in diameter traveling at near light speed toward the sun from several light years beyond the Ort Cloud. When the mass slams into the sun, it will nova destroying the entire inner solar system and out to Jupiter.

If an alien race is that advanced that they could handle neutron start stuff, they would have no need to destroy humans in such a careless fashion, they would just create a virus to wipe us all mammals leaving non-mammalian life forms in tact. The alternative would be to create an artificial dna implant which renders humans passive in the main, tuned to a specific electromagnetic wavelength controlled by the ‘aliens’ ... and that is what the Bible predicts in so many words when the antichrist comes to power.
