The old and aged leaders of N.Korea knew they could no longer control information coming into the country....their people we ‘seeing’ the reality of what other countries had and were doing, and how unfavorable the world saw their leaders.... they had to do exactly what we see happening now or face a complete take down of the regime by their own people.
Personally I think Kim Un wanted to change the country but needed help in how to do that......enter Trump and his teams wisdom for getting things done the right way.
What he does for his people he CANNOT allow an unfiltered influx of Western degeneracy and filth. So he may have to be authoritarian for a long time.
For that matter, we need to redefine free speech so it doesn’t include degeneracy and filth. A moral society can’t abide it.
