Somehow, I doubt she needs a reinstatement for any purpose, other than her obituary.

Hillary is the image of sloth and exhaustion and full blown depression (Q up the fall down the steps photo, in India). She doubtless naps twice a day, can barely waddle, and is chronically in pain from what I presume is arthritis, located in the waddle.
