Likely not related but AT&T 9-1-1 for cellular service was knocked out overnight in the Midwest, came back 08:30 today (7/2).

I heard scuttlebutt that there’s an E6B aircraft aloft over the west coast.

1. Is that true?

2. If true, is that normal SOP?
