Obviously, I’m NOT ransomenote... but at the bottom of California on our plot of granite (not on top of us.. not a slab hahaha.. but we are on a mountain), we didn’t feel a thing. Nothing. Friends in Arizona did. My sister texted me. Her son, Nephew M and his pregger’s wife T are headed to my sister’s house. M was knocked off his feet when this hit, their house is damaged, they turned the gas and water off, grabbed the dogs and are headed north. She’s in no position to stay where there is no hospital.

My dh and I kind of like earthquakes too iffen we don’t die as well. (Cuts eyes to 15’ rock fireplace.)

I’ve lived in California over 60 years (yikes that’s old) and I don’t think I ever recall an aftershock that was bigger than the original quake.. do you?

Petey (not wobblin’ to and fro)

Knocked off his feet in Arizona from a EQ in socal? Damn, that one had some range, didn't it?

No, all the earthquakes I've ever felt were the biggest then some babies after. I think, anyway.

I did have some nightmares of being in a HUGE earthquake with volcanic activity with Raquel Welch a looooong time ago.

I may be a reincarnated caveman.
