Thanks for the story links. I just read "Sikhs Turn To Trucking By The Thousands To Keep The Faith" -- quite informative and enjoyable. I had no idea Sikhs were taking to trucking nor the reasons why it works for them. Interesting that Mr. Mintu Pandher bought a truck stop with his earnings, added an Indian food restaurant to the truck stop and his menu includes basic Indian food like naan, lamb korma, tikka masala, and mango lassis. I'll bet it tastes good.

OT, but I discovered a frozen food company a couple weeks ago named "Saffron Road." They make some outstanding "World Cuisine" (so far, Indian, Thai, Korean, Japanese and Mexican) frozen meals. Highly recommended if you are looking for something different, delicious and reasonably healthy.
