I’m no lawyer, but seems @MrAndyNgo would have a viable lawsuit against both #Antifa, which outwardly proclaims their goal is to deprive their opponents of their 1st Amend rights to free speech/assembly, & Portland PD/Mayor who have a long pattern of allowing Antifa to do that.
