This power outage is but a small section of one borough, Manhattan, in one city, NYC.
FoxNews is treating this as if the entire state of NY is out. To most of the media Manhattan is not just NY State, it is the center of the universe.
As far as the NY City based media are concerned, once you cross the Hudson river to the west or go past Westchester county to the north you're in Dan'l Boone territory where the dreaded Deplorables freely roam.
