Comparing new method to a census count is in fact performing an audit on the count. If off too much foul play is in the works and charges can be pressed.

Or you simply say to a state that has 20,000 over the national data count "PROVE IT!" Electoral count can't be more than the national census. He gonna have them begging. (Wonder how many people using illegal SS numbers will also pop out!). 😁
