Barr said the gov. has every right to ask a citizenship question.

In a nut shell, because of ongoing litigation, that can’t be litigated in a timely manner, that would slow down the census, question will not be on it.

BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE THE COUNT WILL TAKE PLACE ANOTHER WAY!!!

This is my argument....the form is filled out but the legal question block is empty....the Census workers will have a pat answer to what's put in that box to complete the form. AND people arguing it needs to be on the form.....it will be easy to cheat. There's no way in H#LL an empty blank for that question WILL be NOT be marked illegal! They will be instructed to fill in legal. And if not..they'll get a reject.
