BREAKING - DOJ reverses position on General Flynn in the Flynn Intel Group FARA case.
For months the DOJ told Court that Flynn was not part of the conspiracy.
Now, immediately before trial, DOJ alleges he's a co-conspirator.
Disturbing actions by the DOJ.
Is the DOJ retaliating against Flynn? "The prosecutors have been adamant Flynn testify that he authorized filing the FARA form knowing and intending that it contain false statements. Flynn cannot give that testimony because it is not true."
In an effort to put pressure on Flynn, on July 3 the FBI tried to get at Flynn's son directly - despite knowing he was represented by counsel.
The full response of Flynn's new counsel @SidneyPowell1 includes: 1) DOJ pressure re: Flynn testimony 2) DOJ informing Flynn's counsel on June 6 that he wouldn't be a co-conspirator.

Who’s trial is this? USA vs. Bijan Rafiekian. The only reason Flynn’s Case hasn’t been settled was bc of so many previous docs & Mueller & plea agreement. This case had to go forward first. This has nothing to do w/Flynn’s New Lawyers. It has to do w/this case? Bijan..

WOW! What this tells me is that the government doesn't want Flynn to testify now. The alleging he is a co-conspirator seems merely a means of getting Flynn's out-of-court statements admitted at trial as opposed to having Flynn on the stand. WHY don't they want him on stand NOW?
