WH official confirms that British Ambassador Sir Kim Darroch was uninvited from tonight's dinner for the Amir of Qatar. Pres Trump made it clear the US will no longer deal with the Ambassador because of his blunt criticism of @POTUS in leaked messages home.
Pres Trump at dinner table with the Amir of Qatar. On the president's right is IMF Director Christine LaGarde. Also at the president's table is Robert Kraft, a friend and supporter of @POTUS and owner of the @Patriots.
In the Cash Room of the Treasury Dept, next door to the WH, Pres Trump is attending a dinner for the visiting Amir of Qatar. In remarks, he called the Amir a great friend of the US, and thanked him for building a US military base there. "Better your money than ours," he joked.
