SDNY is not bound by plea deal given Epstein (in 2011) by the SDFL.

No statute of limitations on sex trafficking.

Will recommend detention of Epstein until trial.

Search warrant issued for Epstein’s NY residence—evidence found, including photos of what appears to be underage girls.

Feels Epstein is a significant flight risk, with wealth and two planes and homes aboard, feel Epstein is a significant risk for fleeing the jurisdiction.
