Praying a nice cash/as is offer comes through. They purchased it with the property issues...maybe someone else will, too. Or, someone who wants it enough to fight through the property issues with, or for her.

Actually, her hubby and their friend who bought the property and divided it caused the 12 ft. property issue on the side.
Put their fence up and appropriated 12 feet of our property, that’s before we bought though.
She thought that was all taken care of, paid a lawyer to do the job, you would assume he did, WRONG.
The problem in the back we were aware of as we had to sign new papers when we bought because the 10 ft. were accidentally included in our property in 1st papers.
There appears to be an easement that runs down the back of our places that was used back in the day to drive the cattle to the lake.
I really haven’t seen any cattle driving since we moved in 21 years ago, but lots of deer and an occasional bear going through there, the word must have gotten out that they have their very own path to the lake.
I do not understand what the deal is but she has to get another lawyer to straighten it out, more $$$$ cha-ching!
