I just hope something goes right, from the problems with the lot on side next to me to another in the back, costing $$, has to get lawyer now on top of the para-legal, next the inspector finds a little bit of mold under house, more money.
Then today the other neighbors got a cash offer on their cabin, no inspection or appraisal necessary.
She is happy for them but bummed at all she is going through.
That is disheartening....to see them get a cash offer....and, her having to go through so much.
Question....how does the neighbor’s place compare to hers? Is it larger? More updated? How do listing prices compare, per sq. ft.?
I’m trying to remember...apologies for not....she does have an offer on the table. Correct?
