I hardly watch any evening news, but I watched Trish Reagan tonight. She usually has a good show.
Perhaps “plot” or “conspiracy” would be a better word than hoax. Hoax can imply something mischievous rather than malicious. When the Dems are finally exposed, they and the media will just laugh it off.
