Tell you what I got myself into a very unfortunate incident today in which I got quite dehydrated and heat exhausted, to the extent I was gagging and puking, but I didn’t experience any symptoms of violent shaking or passing out. Hmmmm.
I”m sorry you got so dehydrated - please take care of yourself and get those minerals in proper order. Heat exhaustion is no joke either.
